Under the POWERHEAT brand, we designed an engine preheater featuring a new and innovative heating technique. Its heating element is embedded in aluminum AS13 and finished with a teflon-like coating. The new design with a large heating surface avoids direct contact between the heating elements and the liquids. This keeps the whole engine system corrosion-free, increases the life span of the liquids, and eliminates the risk of failure of the heating element. Our electrically operated circulation heaters cover a power range from 4,5 to 26 kWh and come in different voltages. Their wide power range combined with a consistently compact design allows them to fit where space is scarce. Suited as much for medium-speed as for high-speed engines, they are built for a wide range of applications such as in power generation, marine, industry, railroad, automotive, on- and offshore, on-and off-highway and more. POWERHEAT preheaters are part of some specific OEM developments.
