Immersion heaters
Immersion heaters warm engine fluids using heat generated by AC power. This heat is distributed through the engine by convection. To fit your needs, Zerostart offers multiple types of (electric) immersion heaters: freeze plug heaters, threaded immersion heaters, plate style heaters, and cartridge heaters.
Circulation (coolant) heaters
As the name suggests, circulation heaters circulate warm coolant through the engine. This can be done by forced flow heating, where the coolant is circulated with an electric pump, or by thermosiphon heating, where the coolant is circulated by thermal convection. PowerHeat offers multiple Zerostart circulation heaters. One example is the Zerostart tank heater.
Cab heaters
Zerostart cab heaters offer an additional heat source in trucks, buses and off-road equipment. To fit your specific application Zerostart cab heaters come in a variety of volts, capacity, airflow and measurements.
